The requirements are enclosed below :

Fuel Oil isn’t AGO (Automotive Gas Oil)

o First spot quantity. We would prefer a trial shipment of about 50,000 Mtons. Next we will decide whether we will proceed with a term contract of 12 months.

o The “Port of Togo” doesn’t exist. The delivery has to be made to offshore Lomé (Togo)

o We, the buyer, ABSOLUTELY don’t require the involvement and the services of middlemen, “consultants and facilitators” and other trouble-makers.

o “Soft Probe” is Russian baloney.

o Items 3/8 to be cancelled.
