Requesting quotation for the development and construction of an accordion style storage apparatus. The quotation is requested for the following number of units :

The costs shall be broken-down to : per unit cost, NRE and shipping to Chicago, Illinois, Unites States of America.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The client is looking for an accordion style apparatus shown in figure 1. The apparatus shall be manufactured out of off- white canvas. The top and bottom potion of the accordion apparatus shall contain openings for mounting. The apparatus shall meet the following requirements :
  
Stitching and material shall hold/support a combined weight of 60 pounds
  Mounting holes shall have stitching around them to prevent tear and material degradation
  Each accordion shall have four mounting holes : two on the top and two on the bottom piece
  Mounting holes shall be 0.5 inches wide by 0.25 inches high with tolerance of 0.125 inches
  Material shall resist stretching and permanent deformation
  6 accordion openings (Note : only 4 shown in figure 1)
  Each cable opening shall have side wall height of 2 inches each for total expended height of 12 inches
  Side walls shall be made out of cloth as well and collapse into the accordion when folded
  Dimensions of apparatus empty and folded are Length 14 inches , Width 9 inches, Height 2 inches with tolerance of 0.125 inches


MANUFACTURING STATUS REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
The Manufacturer shall supply weekly updates on the status of the application development to the client. The Manufacturer shall be available for 1hr per week status phone call within 8 am to 8 pm CDT.
