I am G.Michael Ghiday from Halyot General Trading Plc., Ethiopia. Our company is engaged in importing paper products. We are looking for a reliable partner in Germany with whom we want to establish a long term relationship.

For the first time, we want to place an order of 1 40 container (about 16000 reams). After that we want to get much bigger quantities to satisfy the increasing demand for copy papers in our country. We want to know the price, delivery time, specification, etc.. for A4 double A copy paper 80gsm.

We want to bring to your attention that the payment terms can only be on L/C basis as the trade policy of Ethiopia doesnt allow any other mode of payment other than L/C (exceptions are small transactions below USD 2000.00). However, the L/C would be opened at a reliable and internationally recognized bank.

If we agree o n the basic points, we want also to visit your company so that we can discuss on how to establish long term relationship with you and win major share in the Ethiopian market and beyond.
