We are looking for a vacuum motor supplier. We are a Russian company.
We need a BLDC motor of 100W-180W that is working on (approximately) 25-30V DC voltage. The energy source is 16-35 VDC, so the motor inverter should be capable to keep the nominal power by means of PWM modulation.
The dimension limits are 80mm in diameter and 100mm in length.
The purchase plan is as follows (after the quality confirmation with samples) :
1st order 100~500 pcs,
2nd and other orders 500 - 3000 pcs approximately per year.
Please quote us with the quantity 100, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000 pieces. Please provide us the complete technical information that includes the pressure and air flow as well as the efficiency of the motor. Please provide us with the drawings of the motor (the best is to have 3D drawings in order to quickly check with our design).
