Hello, this is Marius, the manager of a newly formed company
We will be bottling vitamin water in plastic bottles of 500-600ml. Our goal for the bottling line is to produce between 1000 to 2500 bottles per hour.
We opened the business recently, we have the recipe of vitamin water and now we need the machines to mix, make and bottle our product.
We need preform heater and blower machine, water filters, tanks for storage and mixing the ingredients, UV for pasteurization or what you think is better, bottling line complete with washing the bottles, filling them, capping them, labeling them, inkjet print them and termowrap heater machine for baxing 6 bottles at once. All the equipment has to be fully automatic because only 3 to 4 people will be supervising the machines and working in the whole bottling process.
