Hello! We produce nuts and bolts according to Russian standards. Now we produce them on CNC lathes. We need to speed up the production process. We assume that the nuts can be made by heating and squeezing metal. (possibly without heating). Thread diameter of nuts and bolts from M6 to M36 length of bolts 30 to 150 mm. the steel grade of which we do : 35, 40Cr, 35CrMo and AISI 321. I offer the equipment for manufacturing these items.
