Black Cigar Matches in Custom Black Boxes

We're looking to order black cigar matchsticks with black heads, packaged in boxes made with black card stock and our logo stamped in white. Attached are examples of exactly what we'd like. We want to be sure the paper is black, not just printed so that they aren't white edges. Ideally these are large matches that come in packs of 50. Please let us know what the minimum quantity and would price be? Ideally we'd like to have in the next few weeks to include with Christmas gifts, but please let us know what's possible either way. Would need to be shipped to us in the US.
