Thanks for your quick response.
We are a food tech company, our main product is a fungi biomass.
For its production, we use airlift bioreactors in our labs, with a 1/15 aspect ratio.

Basically, our process is :
- Culture medium preparation
- Sterilization of CM
- Continuous feeding
- "Fermentation"
- Heat treatment (batch)
- Liquid / solid separation to obtain our biomass.

Process parameters
pH, temperature, DO2, pressure, level, foam, CO2
Air inlet : 2vvm

Based on this information, we'd like to know what type of reactors you could supply to us, and their prices.
