Dear Sir/Madam,
Im looking for products with the following specifications :
I am a biodiesel processor currently using crude equipment to process 1 ton of biodiesel per day. I am looking for a suitable machine that automates the process for me. I have attached photos of what I use currently to achieve 1 ton production daily.
My budget is 2000 to 5000 US dollars. I need a cheap, simple, and basic system to automate my process. I have requested for quotes before but they are too high so I decided to use the RFQ service to compare offers.
It has to do 1 tonne (or more) per day of used cooking oil.
It does not have to have a filter or pre-processing equipment. I am just interested in the reactor, the control system and the methanol re-distillation machine.
Ideally it would have a place for the methanol input, the sodium hydroxide input, the used oil input as well as the output places for the diesel, the glycerol and possibly the vegetable asphalt.
Please send me quotes of what I can get for $2000 to $5000 US dollars.
