We aim first to introduce the products in the EU market before the US. We are looking for a manufacturer that can :

Produce from small quantities (1000) to big quantities
Use material that can be tracked, and chemicals used on them to be known
Use product that is durable, and allow the skin to breath (thus neoprene material are to avoid), so a mixture of elastomer for the fabric is important (mesh style fabric)
If OK by you, the CEO will be coming on the 26th-27th to Turkey, and hope to visit your facilities to see you and your product.
