Please find three attached drawings of the product parts I need.
No details were given such as : surface quality, extraction angles, finish and the like, because in most parts it is possible to add extraction angles of up to half a degree and standard finish without polishing.
Except for the cylinder with an inner diameter of 30 mm in drawing Fig 01, where the inner cylinder must be parallel and polished.
Deviations of up to 0.15 mm are acceptable, but care must be taken to match the threads and the attachment between part Fig 02 to part Fig 03.
The injection material will be polycarbonate, ABS or a similar material without fibers.
Initial order for testing will be between 2000 and 5000 sets, after testing and implementing improvements, we will order multi-cavity molds for mass production.
I would like to get a price and time estimate for molds and parts set.
