We at Espial Biotech Inc. request a quote for a wash/spray tunnel typically used for washing vegetables. We spray solution of solvents at 11.8 pH to dissolved plant compounds as an oil recovery system.
Design requirements :
• Process 2 M^3/hr of chopped plant matter at a depth of 2.5cm on the conveyor belt with a 5min residence time in the wash tunnel
• Use stationary sprayer/nozzles
• Low pressure large droplet nozzles- to reduce mist
• Include 4 under spray nozzles for flipping material at evenly spaced intervals
• All 304SS construction
• Include 2 viewing ports
• Use 3 phase 240v TEFC motors for recirculation pump
• Use fine SS mesh conveyor (8-15 mesh)
• Include (1) full replacement conveyer belt material with mender
