I am projects manager of company Softmaster, based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Please advise if you have vacuum packing machine with such technical requirements.
Technical requirements
The machine body should be made of stainless steel or aluminum material;
The device must have at least two working cameras;
The size of the hermetic surface (in both working camera) should be at least 500 mm;
Equipment should be capable of at least 530X440X150 mm volume packaging (both in the cameras) in one working cycle;
The size of each of each camera should be at least 600 x 500 x 170 mm and not more than 650X550X190 mm;
Dimensions of the device should be at least 1100 x 520 x 940mm and no more than 1475 x 880 x 1165 mm;
Power supply should be no more than 450-4-60 Hz, 5,5 kW;
The weight of the device should not exceed 250 kg;
The device must have a minimum 8 digital program of control panel;
The device should be equipped with a dual (at least 3 x 500 mm) stitches;
machines pump capacity no less than 35-58-95 m3;
One working cycle duration should not exceed 45 seconds;
The installation must have a function of gas filling and a slow filling function;
