7-Payment by letter of credit. Purchaser prefer quote in the currency on beneficiarys country
8- Relevant leaflets showing complete/ detailed technical literature/brochure etc in English
9- A certificate to the effect that your offered items is meeting fully the technical specification of the requirement and in case of any deviation, please also indicate clearly the advantages of your offer items.
10- Warranty/Guarantee certificate.
11- Reference list of your customers.
12- A letter authorizing us to submit quotation on your behalf as well as to look-after your business interest fully against this project.

Your quotation should reach us on 26-Oct-2018 enabling us to complete necessary local formalities before the submission of your quotation to the purchaser on due date.
