Hello my name is Kimberly Craig, I am Owner of a company called Day to Day Necessities. My company is a Supplier to Walmart and other large and small Retailers her in the U.S. I am looking to develop a product to offer to these companies but I need to develop a sample prototype first to make sure it is just right before offering it to them. I would like to know if your company would be able to help me develop it. If so when its time to mass produce the product I will use your company to supply the Retailers. Here is a drawing of the piece I need. Ideally I would want it made of a thin aluminumaround .4mm thickness, something that could be used 1-3 times and then disposed of and repurchased. The finished product will need to be able to bend at the folds. Tabs at the top and sides will need to be able to bend also. As I stated the thickness of the product will need to be in the .4mm area it does not need to be exact , something that is stiff but bendable. I would also like to make the same piece but thicker so the consumer can use it over and over again. The tabs would have to be able to bend on the thicker model too. The decorative design in the drawing is just a idea of swirls that you can adapt to your liking. If there is another design you think may work please let me know.
