Juice producing line for obtaining of direct extraction from fresh apples.
(productivity for raw materials (apples) - 2-2.5 tons per hour)
Necessary technological stages :
1. Sorting raw materials (apples) - removing rotten, moldy, etc. apples
2. Washing (rinsing) of raw materials (apples)
3. Grinding of raw materials (apples)
4. Squeezing juice from raw materials (apples)
5. Collect squeezed juice in a storage tank (for future transportation)
Required equipment (producing line) :
1. Sorting conveyor.
2. Bath for washing raw materials.
3. Scraper conveyor for feeding apples from wash bath in a chopper.
4. Apple chopper
5. Press for squeezing juice from crushed mass
( non stop type, like belt press )
6. Squeezed juice collection with pump.
