I want a quotation for a padel tennis court that will be installed indoor, it should have the following specifications
Padel Courts are completely enclosed, with wire meshing and glass walls.
The back walls should are 10m across (interior measurement) and 3m high. Additionally there should is a 1m high wire mesh fence above the solid wall making the total height of the backs of the court 4m.
The side walls are also made up of both a solid (glass) wall and wire meshing.
There are 2 main components to the structure, upright columns & mesh areas.
Columns : The metal vertical columns are made of galvanized steel (cold-formed), which is then coated with an aqua-phobic primer.
Mesh areas : The wire mesh areas are fabricated from high quality electro-welded pre-galvanized steel.
The glass installed is floating and tempered glass 10 or 12mm thick with polished edges and 6 polished and countersunk drill holes to fix it to the metal court structure.
This results in a total of 100 perfectly aligned meters squared with an ideal planimetry.
Glass has been subjected to a thermal tempering treatment, resulting in significant increases in resistance to impacts and temperature changes, without varying its appearance.
Once the base is prepared, indoor or outdoor, the preferred surface for Padel Tennis is a sand dressed artificial grass turf. A 10mm dense turf suit indoors and 15mm turf outdoors.
