We need to have aluminum end caps machined for our aluminum rail. The dimensioned sketch of our rail is attached. The end caps are to be machined from cast or extruded square rod, approximate dimension 1" x 1" square x 3/4" long. The cap is to be threaded with a 1/2" NPT tapered thread. Our aluminum rail is an extruded aluminum, grade 6063-T5. The end caps you provide must be be a compatible grade aluminum which can be brazed or welded to the 6063-T5 base material of the rail.This information is for bidding purposes only.
