Looking for an insert crucible for possible production and sale to world markets. I need to know your production tolerances so I can mate silicon carbide graphite crucible with a sleeve made of mostly not available better refractive exterior cup type refractory. Looking for in cylinder form with flat top and bottom would like to offer this product with silicon carbide cap that fits appropriately in sic crucible with exterior sleeve material. Looking for the prototype in two sizes. This will be used in an induction cookers made by ceia and us solid. The second size should have similar tolerances on the lip and thickness of the outer sleeve as well as inner crucible thicknesses. The only real change would be that the outer diameter of the sleeve would be 89 mm interior diameter would be 54.7 mm same height, lip thickness, etc. Would like this insert crucible with a flat bottom and top cup-type cylinder with pour-appropriate indention for poor spout. I would like it with an appropriate cap cover.
