Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
We operate a niche company in the B2C air purification industry (our target market is Belgium + the Netherlands).
Im looking for products with the following specifications :
-) Air purifiers made in accordance with all the applicable European Standards (CE, RoHS, any others)
-) With official test results for the air purifiers (CADR, noise level, filtration level, energy consumption, ozone generation levels, etc.) Please do not send product offers if you do not have proof of the parameters mentioned above.
-) Partner should be familiar with exporting to European Union (applicable TARIC code for customs and import duty).
-) Air purifier should be delivered completely white label without any brand mentioned on it. We are looking for a white label solution.
-) The filters inside the air purifier and the packaging may not contain Chinese signs and language.
-) We need the possibility to let you package the product with our proper branded cardboard box. Not necessary for the start.
-) Manufacturer needs to integrate a typical European power plug (2 pin round plug) which is used in Belgium and the Netherlands. (for example /en-ie/work/shop/c2g-c13-to-cee7-7-european-power-cord-black-1m/apd/a6929300/power-cooling-data-center-infrastructure)
-) Product manual needs to be available in English (also in Dutch is a plus)
-) We are looking for products with the highest warranty period possible as we need to give 2 years warranty (mandatory by law)
-) Manufacturer needs to be able to ship test products (trial order) without imposing a MOQ. These test products need to be completely white label as mentioned above.
-) Can you send us an offer for various air purifiers you are offering? Please include filter costs of each air purifier (additional filters when the ones in the air purifier need to be replaced).
-) Please clearly indicate if the air purifiers cost includes a first filter package?
-) Please note we are looking for an air purifier unit with the following specifications :
--) Less than 10kg
--) Multiple filter phase (HEPA and active charcoal as a minimum)
--) UV and ionisation and/or other technologies are a plus
--) HEPA filter needs to be a H13 HEPA : 99,95% of particles with a size of 0,3 µm.
--) Preferably with filter indication light when saturated
--) Preferably with sleep mode which offers lowest noise + no light pollution
--) Preferably with remote control (please send details of battery type)
--) Preferably with Auto programme option (sensor-based) which regulates the fan speed based on the pollution in the room.
--) Preferably with multi speed options.
--) CADR : between 175 and 275 m³/h
--) We do not want special substances inside the appliance like Anti-Mosquito spray.
--) Noise levels are important, appliance needs to be tested on several speeds (and the sleep mode needs to have a whispersilent level of noise).
