Hello,
I am based in the US and am looking for an aerosol can manufacturer that can create the needed cans (shown in photos below) and fill them with ingredients for a permanent hair dye. The dispensed material should have the thickness and viscosity of a cream. The cans will be filled with either 1) Colorant (based on the hair color) or 2) Developer (to oxidize the solution);
