This is a request for quotation to purchase the following commodities from your company based on the terms and conditions listed below.


Commodity : Used rails
Quality : in compliance with the ISRI standard and cut to length subject to mutual agreement
Pricing : The best price you can offer
Quantity : Trial 2000 / 5,000 metric tons Regular monthly amounts to be determined upon successful trial but usually between 5,000 and 25,000 per month. Trial to be shipped in containers but monthly larger shipments in bulk in suitable vessels

For all products the standard form of payment :

FOB shipment Payment after all documentation received by our bank we are prepared to open an LC or a Standby letter of credit and pay by swift bank to bank transfer against shipping documents..
CIF shipments we prefer payment at destination supported by a letter of credit.
CIF Shipments at sight of shipping documents is also acceptable at shipping port
All shipments in accordance with Generally accepted shipping procedures Inco Terms and standard bank procedures. Pre-shipment inspection is essential in co-operation with our logistics Manager. NOTICE : We do not make any up front payments of any kind.
