Hello. My name is Paul Chamberlain and Im the purchasing manager for Listing Creations Ltd. Thank you for taking the time to read this ****We are looking to have a product, similar to the following manufactured :
We would also like to make a few alterations to the product specifically for the US market (see attached photos). We estimate up to 10,000 pcs as the annual purchase volume after a trial order of around 500-1000 pieces (and a sample evaluation).
Specifications
The dimensions of the product are :
32 x 42 x 2 (inches)
This will allow for A1 sized boards to be used within the portfolio case.
Additionally the product needs to have :

A water-resistant Nylon Fabric
A stronger than wire sewn frame (it needs to be able to stand without bending and aid the protection of any paper material being carried inside).
A business card sleeve on the front (visible when being carried)
Attachment clips for a shoulder strap to attach to (or a strong convertible option)
A high quality zip with a thicker / higher quality pull.
The following accessories / updates would also need to be included in the packaging (if you can manufacture them) :

A padded and adjustable shoulder strap for optional shoulder carrying.
A small velcro padded strap that can go around the clip inside case (for extra protection).
Rubber feet for the bottom of the case need to be solid. Previous models of a similar product have fell apart.
Can the same material also be a stain / dirt resistant material?
Additionally if you have any other suggestions then please let me know. We aim to make the product a high quality product!
Were currently interviewing new suppliers and I have a few questions :
1) Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? If you are a manufacturer are you able to create OEM models similar to the Amazon listing referenced above and the attached photos?
2) What is your best price for this product and please provide an FOB Quotation for the initial trial order of 500 pieces?
3) What is your lead time for sample and trial order?
4) What is the sample cost with shipping by express mail to the following address :

8) Who is the main contact at the factory that can speak English on acall. Additionally, what is your preferred method of communication? Please provide these details.
9) Where is the factory located, its full address?
10) Can myself of my agent visit your factory?
11) Do you have the necessary certifications for sale in the USA? If so, what is needed for these products to ensure that there are not issues when they arrive in the country ok?
If you have the best price out of all of the companies that we contact, our first lead order will be 500 units. In the future our monthly repeat orders will be much larger. We look forward to building a business with you. We are very serious.
