Hi
I am looking to get an initial quotation for tooling and part price of the attached component at 100K per annum, calling off in 5K batches. If you see any issues for manufacture please highlight them.
Material is Aluminium 6063, and the spark finish is VDI24. There is no cosmetic finishing required on the inside faces. We require the part to be anodized in a gold (50K) and a silver (50K) version (colour TBC).
