We need to deal with 5 OEM suppliers for smart home & Guest room management system to supply us with the following :
1-RF/Wi-Fi gateway with the rest APIs and preferably (JSON).
2-Zigbee gateway with the rest APIs and preferably (JSON).
3-RF or ZigBee PIR Sensor with full technical support to integrate it with our software and gateway.
4-RF or ZigBee LDR Sensor with full technical support to integrate it with our software and gateway.
5-RF or ZigBee wall socket (outlet) with full technical support to integrate it with our software and gateway.
6-RF or ZigBee wall Switch (lighting) with full technical support to integrate it with our software and gateway.
7-RF or ZigBee light dimmer with full technical support to integrate it with our software and gateway.
8-RF or ZigBee Door magnetic Sensor with full technical support to integrate it with our software and gateway.
9-IP CCTV with full technical support to integrate it with our software and Mobile APP.
10-Android screen for home automation to control all controllers and to be connected with the gateway (wifi).
11-KNX controllers.

controller using ESP8266 or any equivalent low-cost chip with web interface to do mainly 3 main functions as follows :
A.To read the status of 2 On/Off switches and send it to our server.
B.To read 2 analogue signals and send it to our server.
C.To control 3 relays & 2 PWM devices.

The seller should create a web interface to allow us to add each controller and rename them and to read the data (switches status, controller name, and analog inputs value) when needed.
Notes :
-The Web interface will have more functions in the second part and will be separate order.
-This will be the first part of the project and once we complete it we will release another 3 orders for the other 3 parts.
-The seller should be also aware of JSON rest APIs.
-The seller MUST interface this hardware with our own app via JSON rest APIs.
