Our company is ROK Thermoset Plastic Consulting Co. One of our clients is seeking the right supplier to purchase a 200 kg sample of E grade 50 mm chopped strand fiberglass +/- 1.5 mm length. This E glass should be 18 um diameter and 1320 Tex. If your company makes a similar product with the correct chopped strand length then please include what your company can produce. Short chopped strand will not work in this application so please do not submit a quotation if your company only supplies short (less than 35mm length) chopped strand fiberglass.
The 100 kg of E grade 50mm chopped strand glass will be shipped to the USA for sampling. If the samples are successful then the next order would be a partial container and then full containers. Quality must be consistent. Sizing (glass coating) should be compatible with unsaturated polyester resin.
