Dear Sir/Madam,
Our company sources building materials for residential construction projects here in the USA.
We are looking for a supplier that can build a narrow double balcony door prototype as shown in the drawing attached. We would like to offer this as a standard product in our market and will use the first prototype as a demo unit.
This door requires a narrow aluminum extrusion to maximize the glass pane width.
Please see Mark Up.jpg file attached and advise on the indicated dimensions you can achieve with your available extrusions. Please be specific with your dimensions or provide a detailed drawing.
1. narrowist Stile + frame width
2.Mullion width options
3. Window pane width
4. Center pane edge to pane edge width
5. top rail width
6. bottom rail width
Other requirements. Please advise on your ability to achieve these other following features.
SDL, simulated divided light grilles on outside of glass
Solid bottom panel for 3/4 lite look
Low e argon filled safety glass.
Stainless steel hardware.(please indicate what parts are stainless steel in your assembly)
German Roto or equivalent quality handle set silver
Colors : Interior White powder coat
Exterior frame and mullions black (desired but not requred).
