Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a plastic items manufacturer from Tunisia. I need ultrasonic horns and machines
for riveting plastic parts (HDPE). I contacted a Chinese manufacturer who made the
horns but the riveting did not work. In the attached file you have pictures of the 4
items to be riveted. You have also details (number of rivets, sizes of the items) and
photos of the horns made by the Chinese manufacturer. Can you tell me if you are
able to manufacture the 4 different horns (from titanium) to do the riveting of each
item in 1 shoot. If yes what is the price of each horn? Which ultrasonic machine you
are selling to be used for the 4 different horns? What is cost of this machine? If your
prices are interesting and you are able to deliver the machine and the horns, I will
conclude the business with you and send to you the 3 D files(Solidworks) of the
different items to be riveted and samples of the items to test the horns (you will
