We need to develop an induction heater board for a few of our product. We can clone an existing board and only change that instead of having a interface with button a display we need a digital input to start the board, an analog input to set the power, a digital out of status, a digital output of on. optional it would nice to have an a analog output of the true power level and an rs232 or ic2 or anything to speak with the board to get more working parameter.
the general architecture is exactly a standard 1800 W commercian induction cooker, we have a sample of the coil and the board we want (see the photo).
I need to know the price to develop this board for us, the time and the approximate cost for about 100 pieces year
