YD-HTV PU012 is white rolls of PU based heat transfer vinyl, can be simply printed by eco-solvent printers like Roland, Mimaki. Since it does not need high setup charges, Quick DIY makes customers more easy to create multi-color designs for T-shirts through simply printing out.

Usage instruction of PU printable heat transfer film

1. Print the required picture with an eco-solvent printer and engraving the design accordingly.

2. Peel off the needless part, and use one transfer film for transferring the engraved PU vinyl.

3. Heat pressed the transfer film with temperature 160℃-170℃ for around 5-8 seconds, adjust the pressure according to clothing material and practical conditions.

4. Tear down the transferring film before cooling down.
