Vitamin B2, known as riboflavin, is slightly soluble in water, stable in neutral or acidic solution and the components of yellow enzymes in the body.
It is one of the 13 essential vitamins and derived from the green vegetables, beans, rice, wheat,yeast,liver, heart and milk class. Riboflavin is distributed in various tissues in the body, involved in REDOX reaction, and plays the role transfer of the hydrogen atom.
The lack of riboflavin can affect biological oxidation, block metabolism, causing mouth,eye,external genital organs to malfunction and break down. Riboflvin is mainly used as food additives, pharmaceutical and feed additives.
