Working principle

The working principle of the small screw granule mixer is to use the spiral blade to generate the vortex to achieve the purpose of mixing. The raw materials to be mixed will be rolled by the vortex generated at the bottom of the mixing barrel into the mixing screw rod installed in the center, and then rolled up to the top along the screw and dropped, so that uniform mixing can be completed in a short time. When the raw materials are evenly mixed, open the closing plate at the bottom of the barrel to discharge the mixed raw materials. Alternatively, a suction gun and a suction box can be used with an automatic suction machine, saving labor and high efficiency.
