What is the LEAD time?

For club orders, the lead time is 2 weeks after confirmation of design and initial payment.
For larger orders, the lead time is 4 weeks after confirmations.

What is the MOQ?

Our MOQ is 1 piece. As we cater clubs, we are not fussy about quantities, we are more interested in our customer satisfaction.

Are samples free?

No samples are not free. We do not carry stock and each item is made specifically for you. If you need samples, you will need to pay for the sample cost + freight.

How can the quality of the product be ensured?

We consult and confirm with the customer at each stage before going forward. That reduces the errors. If, by any chance the product is faulty, we will give you discount or replace it, provided that complete proofs of the fault is provided to us.
