Black honey comes from forest bees that are used for flower extracts from wild forest trees such as nectar acacia, Mahogany trees, which are rich in alkaloids. This substance functions as an effective anti-infective to cure inflammation. In addition, this natural ingredient also contains phenolic acid which is one of the most important groups of compounds in plants. The higher the phenol content, the higher the flavonoid antioxidants contained in the honey. This is what makes black honey considered better than light colored honey.
