2. Low silicon content aluminum alloy ZL109(AC8A): Cu 0.8~1.2%, Mg 0.8~1.2%, Si 20~23%, Ni 0.8~1.2%, others Al.

3. We can make the aluminum alloy composition according to the customer's requirement if the quantity is large.

Surface Treatment

Our usual ways for surface treatment of the piston are tinplating and Parkerizing.

The surface treatment effectively reduces the friction, and increases the abrasion resistance, therefore increase the service life of the piston.

Other surface treatments we have are graphite coated, molybdenum disulfide, chemical oxidation, anodic oxidation, micro-arc oxidation.
