Product Details

Plywood is a tough wooden board that consist of few layers of wood veneers that are glued and pressed together. The purpose of plywood's cross grain is to reduce expansion and shrinkage of the wood while providing overall consistent strength (by at least 25 - 40 times) to promote stability and balance. It is bonded with adhesives under intense heat and pressure. This process makes the material resistant to changes in temperature and humidity. Further chemical coating and treatment do not affect the quality of the wood.

Our floor base plywood are the perfect choice for any interior application. It is manufactured with a more precise thickness control and dimensional stability as it is of great importance to interior work, particularly for flooring. High- strength and F4* emission adhesives are used in the production to ensure the durability and safety of the product to be used in interiors.

Due to its high quality and excellent surface quality (face veneer), the product is fit for use in Japan with JAS certification.
