PTFE coated fabrics are made by fiber glass fabric impregnated with PTFE dispersion on one side ortwo sides, the material combines advantages of PTFE and main

features of woven fiberglass fabric. Fiberglass yarn has high strength while light weight, it is twice as strong as stelwire and more cost-effective compared to other synthetic fabric. Typical properties of PTFE are nonstick and temperature resistance.

PTFE coating makes the fabric 100% nonstick to any object under low and high temperature between-73-260℃(-100-50OF). The strong mutiply carbon-fluorine bonding structure of PTFE makes it high resistance to solvents, acids, and bases. PTFE coated fabric is also one of the materials with the lowest coefficient of friction, suitable for applications that require excellent wear resistance.

Types of PTFE Coated Fabrics

PTFE coated fiberglass fabric impregnated with PTFE dispersion on one side or two sides,the material combines advantages of PTFE and mainfeatures of woven fiberglss abric. Fibrglass yarm has high strength wilelightweight. It is twice as strong as steel wire and more cost-ffctive compared to other synthetic fabric.

Standard PTFE coated fabics contain the highest level of PTFE which will provide quicker release property, widely used as release sheet for heat press laminating machine or making into a conveyor belt for drying and baking.

PTFE glass mesh fabric also called PTFE open mesh fabrics are made from open mesh woven fiberglass coated with PTFE, the open mesh allows air and heat pass through quickly to improve drying time.

PTFE coated Kevlar fabric also called PTFE coated Aramid fabrics is structured by woven Kevlar fabric or Kevlar mesh coated with PTFE. There are two unique advantages of PTFE coated Kevlar fabrics.
