Q1:Which products do you produce?

Q2:What is your MOQ?
A:Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs,but we can accept small trial order,also we have many kinds products in stock which can make in 500-1000pcs.Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need,we will calculate the cost correspondingly.Hope you can place more large orders after checking our quality and know our service.

Q3:Can i print with my own LOGO and customized color?
A:Sure,custom color and LOGO is welcome.Please send the vector files for the LOGO and tell us the PMS number.But a little sample charge depend on custom designs.Sample charges can refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL.If you have carrier account,it will be fine to ship with your account.If not,you can pay the freight cost across T/T to trade assurance.It can reach very soon about in 2 hours-2 days.

Q4:May i get free sample?
A:Yes,we can send free samples,you just need to pay the express freight cost.The freight cost can refund when the products you ordered meet a certain amount.

Q5:How long is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A:For existing sample,it takes 1-3 days.If your own design,it takes 5-7 days subject to what process for samples. Lead time for MOQ is about 20-25 days.We have large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q6:What is your payment terms?
A:Our payment terms usually is TT 30% deposit to confirm the order and 70% balance have to be paid against copy of BL.We also can accept L/C at sight.
