Abs Plastic Raw Material
Pp Plastic Raw Material
a specialist supplier of plastics such as recycling scrap (HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET), reprocessed and prime resins and other polymers such as rubbers (SBS, EVA), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TPU, TPV) and hydrocarbon resins.

With our wide range of plastic materials, we aim to respond our customers' requirements efficiently and be their biggest supplier partner.

We offer our customers contracts for the materials they need continuously.

Rubbers

SBS

The SBS block copolymers are composed of blocks of styrene and butadiene. It is the material of choice modification of bitumen/asphalt. SBS gives the bitumen rubber-like characteristics and improved resistance to aging and weathering.

SIS

SIS copolymers are made by styrene and isoprene linked homopolymer blocks. This class of TPE finds its elective usage in adhesive fields, where it represents the basis of pressure sensitive adhesives and hot melts.

SEBS

SEBS is a form of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with styrene added. SEBS is used in a wide variety of general-purpose rubber items as well as in handlebar grips, toothbrushes, sports mouth guards, diapers and teethers.

EVA

Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) is the copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. EVA is an elastomeric polymer that produces materials which are "rubber-like" in softness and flexibility. The material has good clarity and gloss, low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot-melt adhesive waterproof properties.

Thermoplastic Elastomers

Thermoplastic Elastomers are generally low modulus, flexible materials that can be stretched repeatedly to at least twice their original length at room temperature, with an ability to return to their approximate original length when stress is released. The grandfather materials with this property are thermoset rubbers, but many families of injection-mouldable thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) are replacing traditional rubbers. In addition, to use in their basic form, TPEs are widely used to modify the properties of rigid thermoplastics, usually improving impact strength. This is quite common for sheet goods and general moulding TPEs.

Resins

C5 HYDROCARBON RESIN

This series are thermoplastic resins, obtained from polymerizing unsaturated aliphatic petroleum feedstock.

Characterised by compatibility with various polymers and elastomers, excellent affinity with a wide range of fillers, excellent balance of tack and of adhesive and cohesive properties and good heat resistance; they are primarily used for thermoplastic road marking paints, hot melt adhesives and pressure sensitive adhesives, etc.

C9 HYDROCARBON RESIN

This series are thermoplastic resins are obtained from polymerizing unsaturated aromatic petroleum feedstock. They are clear yellowish resins, soluble in most industrial solvents, and particularly in aromatic and aliphatic ones.

The major applications areas are paints and varnishes, printing inks, adhesives, rubbers and elastomers, etc.

BP series is specially designed for adhesives applications. Characterised by their lighter colour, less odour and wider compatibility & solubility, they are more suitable for hot melt adhesives, bookbinding, shoes adhesive and solvent adhesives, etc.

C5C9-C9C5 HYDROCARBON RESIN

This C5 & C9 Copolymer Hydrocarbon Resin line includes aliphatic-modified aromatic resins and aromatic-modified aliphatic resins. Aliphatic modified aromatic resins are particularly suitable for uses as tackyfying and rheological property-modifying resins in hot melt adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives and solvent adhesives.

Aromatic modified aliphatic resins enhance compatibility in various elastomers and can provide increased specific adhesion and tack for applications that require improved performance off low-energy surfaces. They are mainly used as tackyfying resins in pressure-sensitive adhesives, packing tapes and hot melt adhesives.

HYDROGENATED C9 HYDROCARBON RESIN

This series are hydrogenated C9 hydrocarbon resin, with softening point from 100-120℃, in white colour granular form. Owing to light colour, odourless and wide range compatibility with different resins and polymers, like EVA, SBS, SIS, this series are mainly used in high grade adhesives, including hot melt adhesives and pressure sensitive adhesives, etc.

Hydrogenated DCPD RESINS

Hydrogenated DCPD Resin is a white colour thermoplastic resin obtained from polymerisation and hydrogenation of cyclic ingredients derived monomers.

This series are mainly used in EVA/ APAO based hot melt adhesives and pressure sensitive adhesives, etc.
