Natural Sodium Bentonite clay organic bentonite

Bentonite is an absorbent aluminium phyllosilicate, essentially impure clay consisting mostly of montmorillonite. The chemical composition of montmorillonite is (AI2,Mg3) Si4O10OH2 nH2O, There are different types of bentonite, each named after the respective dominant element, such as sodium(Na), Calcium(Ca),etc.

Sodium Bentonite:

1.In oil and gas based drilling, bentonite can protect the wellbore effectively, bringing the cuttings upward, cooling and lubricating the bite and etc.

2.In mechanical casting industry, bentonite can help to avoid “sand inclusion and peeling” phenomenon of casting,to improve precision and degree of finish and rate of finished products of casting to make casting technique performance better.

3.In paper industry,used as the paper fillers,strengthens the paper brightness.

4.In the textile dye liquor,used as antistatic coating,and can be function as starch sizing and do printing stamp coating.

Calcium Bentonite:

1.Feed additive: Absorb the harmful substances in animals and remove it

2.Fertilizer Additive: Increase the bond strength of fertilizer and enable it to be absorbed by plants fully.
