Structure

2. Superfine Mechanical Pulverizer
Working principle:
At the same time, the materials enter the crushing chamber through the impact between the upper and lower inlet of the crushing chamber or the crushing chamber according to the impact of the shear hammer.The crushed fine powder moves with the air flow to the upper stage chamber. 4. Herbal Pulverizer
Structure and working principle
The crushing chamber of this machine is composed of casing, door, main shaft, turbine assembly, screen assembly, feed hopper and discharge pipe. It mainly uses the vortex generated at the back of turbine blade to crush materials. During operation, the motor drives the main shaft and turbine to rotate at high speed. Due to the small gap between the turbine and the gear block on the screen ring, the materials entering the machine are grinded again in the gap of rotating air flow. In this process, the turbine absorbs a lot of air, which plays the role of cooling the machine, abrasive and conveying fine powder, The difference is that a certain number of moving needles and static needles are added on the turbine and the door respectively, so as to achieve the purpose of pre crushing the materials entering the crushing area. At the same time, a plane gear ring matched with the outer side of the blade end face is added on the door to avoid the coarse particles that have not been fully crushed from running out of the crushing chamber. The crushing fineness of materials depends on the properties of materials, the pore diameter of screen and the throughput of materials and air.

5. Vortex crusher
Working principle:
