Alphonso is considered as king of mangoes and it was cultivated across north and south of India. It is very seasonal and available in humungous quantity in April to June.
Totapuri is cultivated only in southern India and it has a unique beak like pointed end. This fruit is more easy for making pulp as it has more fruit and a small seed in it wich helps in processing.
