Q:     Do you send out samples? 

A: You are more than welcome to ask for samples! We offer A4 size samples in all the colors, and customer are responsible for the shipping expense.

Q: What kind of wall can I use with Magnetic board?

A: It can be directly installed on smooth walls, for example: latex painted walls, ceramic surface, glass surface, metal surface, acrylic surface, and wooden surface. Nails or drill are not needed.  As for wall paper and other special walls please contact our customer service.

Q: How many year can your product last?

A: In normal circumstances without intentionally damage, Magnetic board could last at least 5 years.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: Based on your location and how you prefer to ship, we will choose the better way.

Q: Is it foldable? Can I cut it in half?

A: Magnetic board can’t be folded but feel free to cut it into any size and shape you want.

Q: Can you do custom design?

A: Yes, you're welcome to provide your high resolution design by the following format: PSD, AI, CAD.
