The end Supplier / Mine Owner via MALOKA GROUP (Frontier), would like to hereby state and confirm that they are ready and able to provide the commodity in the quantity, price, terms and conditions as specified below.

Commodity: MAGNETITE IRON ORE

Fe content: 62% and Over ~ Below Fe 61% Rejection

Quality Specifications: (On Dry Basis)

Loading Port: Lázaro Cárdenas y/o Manzanillo Colima, México.

Discharge Port: Any main port of China.

Size: 3” and fines.

Quantity: 100,000 Metric Tons / Month and can be increased depending on mine production capacity but must be mutually agreed between seller and buyer.

Contract: 12 (twelve) months period with extend and roll over.

Origin: México

PRICE: Platts minus 10% Per DMT CFR any main port of China at buyer’s option against Incoterms 2010.

SHIPMENT: Shipment will be by Bulk Charter Vessel.
