3) Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?

1.Free pre-production samples can be  provided after deposit is paid.

2.For two-year old customers, free samples of simple items can be offered.
3.For prototype, we'll charge extra fee according to your design.

4) Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

7) How to deal with the parts received when they are found in poor quality?

Please contact us immediately. It is better to take some pictures or send us your inspection report or take videos for our reference. we will check the problems and have them reworked or repaired asap.

Xinxin hardware can refund the money to you or reproduce them within 7 days after you receive the goods if they doesn't meet the requirement of drawing.
