A: Any of our sales person is available for an order. Please provide details of your
requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time. For furtherdesign, it's better to contact us with Skype or other instant ways.

Q:Can you do the design for us?
A:Yes. We design client's private Logo .

Q: How long canI expect to get the sample?
A:After receiving the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be readyfor delivery within 7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5days.

Q:What about the lead time for large quantity of products?
A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Often 10-25days based on general order.

Q:What is your terms of delivery?
A:We accept EXW. FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the mostconvenient or cost effective for you.

Q:What is the payment way?
A:(1).TT or Wester Union for the trial order
(2).OEM order, By T/T 30% in advance , balance to be paid before shippment.

Q:How does your factory control the quality?
