The Meat Tendering Machine applies the mechanical method to cut the meat gently with two groups of sharp tooth-like multi-cutters while also damaging the connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments. This allows for the salt water to be immersed into the meat fiber, which can shorten the rolling time, make the structure of the meat perfect, and prevent product from shrinking by frying or toasting the products.
