2.Description:
LH-SJ501 is an agglomerated aluminate-rutile type flux.

Metallurgical behavior: High silicon and manganese pick-up is obtained.

Grain size:14 to 60 mesh.

Basicity: 0.7(BIIW).

The welding performance is excellent.

Slag detachability is very good, especially at high speed welding.

Welding porosity scarcely occur. It is suitable for welding thin plate.

It should be re-dried under 300-350℃ for 2 hours. Rust,grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before welding.

3.Applications:
When applied to various welding wires, it can weld low-carbon steel,low-alloy high strength structural steel.It can be welding boiler,ships,pressure vessel,miniature LPG tanks,vehicles,structural steels etc. Especially used for fast welding of thin steel sheet.
