Use, maintenance, and precautions of vibrators

1. Before use, please check that the vibrator power supply contact is good and ensure the correct wiring, and then connect the vibrating rod after selecting the correct running direction according to the sign.

2. After powering on, if the vibrating rod has no vibration, the tip of the vibrating rod can generally be knocked to the ground, and after the vibrating rod emits a stable and powerful sound, the pounding operation can be carried out.

3. When the vibrator is working, the vibrating rod should be inserted vertically or obliquely into the concrete, and the vibrating rod should be pumped up and down during the pounding process.

4. In the case of layered pouring of components or buildings, when pounding the second layer, the vibrating rod should be inserted into the pounded layer to eliminate the indirect seams of the layer and obtain the overall pouring effect.

5. After the vibrator works continuously for half an hour, it should stop for a period of time to prevent excessive mechanical heating or even damage to the machine.

6. In order to protect the service life of the flexible shaft and hose, the bending radius of the hose should be greater than 500mm during use.

7. After every 50-100 hours of use of the vibrating rod, all parts in the rod should be disassembled and cleaned. When disassembling, you can first unscrew the tip and hose connector (both left thread), and then use a wooden hammer to hit the roller cone extending from the tip of the rod, take out the roller cone and bearing, oil seal, etc., and then remove the hose connector (right thread).

8. After cleaning, replace the damaged parts and reinstall. With the exception of bearings, all parts must be thoroughly degreased. The roller cone surface, roller cone and casing should be absolutely oil-free and dry.

9. After the installed vibrating rod, the threaded connection must be tightened, and waterproof glue or raw tape must be added if necessary to prevent water and mortar from penetrating into the rod, causing the vibrating rod to be vibrating or weak.

10. During the use of the vibrating rod, if the vibration is found to be weak or not vibrating, the vibrating rod can be disassembled, the damaged oil seal and bearing in the rod can be checked and replaced, and the cone surface of the casing and raceway and roller cone can be wiped clean, and reassembled after reassembly.
