GreenMax Mars C100 foam densifier is specialized in waste foam recycling by adding heating parts to melt and extrude purge blocks. The Mars C-100 can handle a variety of foam materials such as EPE, EPP, EPS, XPS, PSP, food tableware, and fish boxes.

GREENMAX Mars C-100 foam densifier uses a single shaft crushing cutter. When the crusher blade is working, the foam waste is broken into smaller pieces by cutting, and then pushed by the high-speed rotating screw to the heating cylinder. The screw of the foam densifier will transport and heat the waste to make it reach the state of hot melt, and then extruded and cut it into pieces by hydraulic cutter, which is more convenient for storage and transportation.
